PERSONAL BIO
I am the wife to Robert and mother to Keyanna and Aayden.
We live in the Model Farm area (Gary Crossman was our MLA before he retired in April of this year).
Through our charitable work, we have been developing a property on Darlings Island (the old Teed-Hazen parsonage) for the last few years.
My husband, Robert, is one of my biggest encouragers. We are strongly committed to working hard to build a better world for this and future generations.
Our children and yours are a huge part of my motivation.
Much like you, I dream of a future for them that is prosperous, safe and respectful.
I dream of a future where opportunities have no limits and fear has no hold.
Family Background:
My father played NHL. Upon retirement from the NHL, he owned and ran a local business.
My mother was a stay-at-home mom when we were young, and later in life, a high school administrator.
On my father's side, my great-grandparents were immigrants from the Jewish city of Berdychiv in Ukraine. They came to Canada to flee the oppressive government and build a free life for themselves and their children. On my mother's side, my great-grandparents came from France and Germany.
We were raised to work hard, serve our community, and, most importantly, care about others.
Work Background:
In University I ran a business with the Southwestern Company where I earned the distinction of Top Sales Person in Canada and Top Manager. I am grateful to say that because of this success, I graduated debt-free.
With no debt on my back, I decided to direct my energy as a volunteer into the non-profit sector in service of orphans, children at risk and those fighting urban poverty.
Photos: Early Years of Non-Profit Work
Since 1997, I have used my entrepreneurial skills to build multiple non-profits from the ground up.
I served as the Citywide director of NeighbourLink Vancouver (of World Vision Canada) where we co-ordinated food delivery for hundreds of shut-ins across the city.
In 2001, I served in the war-torn nation of Liberia with a charity called Hope for the Nations. There, I spent my days picking up starving children and bringing them back to the local hospital for rehabilitation (photos above). Through this work, I learned firsthand the importance of good government.
To continue working for the vulnerable, I started 4 My Canada (a political advocacy organization) and V-Kol Media Ministries (a charity) when I returned to Canada.
Through our charity work, we sponsor at-risk children, have built wells, launched micro-businesses, built sports courts in third-world nations, supported pregnancy care centres and actively partnered with other non-profits combatting human trafficking and anti-Semitism.
Through the work of 4 My Canada, we led 17 delegations to Parliament to speak to elected officials on a variety of issues and helped pass two bills to fight human trafficking.
We met with the Hon. Pierre Poilievre during his first year in office (photo bottom right). We also met Prime Minister Harper several times and have built relationships with many in the current federal Conservative caucus and shadow cabinet through our work.

In 2018, I developed a national think tank event featuring some of our nation's most significant challenges and brainstormed innovative solutions. Through the summit, we have developed policy ideas surrounding economic recovery, healthcare preparedness, strengthening economic supply chains, and protecting Charter freedom rights.
That same year, I launched a national TV show called Faytene.tv which speaks to important issues for our province and nation. We are now going into our seventh year, currently airing on 9 networks, 15 times a week.
Currently:
Currently, our non-profit work is focused on building a broadcast-quality studio locally in the riding (Hampton-Fundy-St. Martins) and a community garden with the goal of growing enough food to help families experiencing food insecurity.
I BELIEVE...
I am a full-spectrum conservative.
This means I am fiscally conservative. I believe governments have a duty to wisely steward taxpayers' money. I believe in supporting local businesses and industry. I am in favour of lower taxes (particularly given New Brunswickers pay over 44% of their income to tax). I opposed the federal carbon tax. I believe in responsibly developing and using our own national resources rather than importing at a premium from other nations.
I believe in freedom of conscience, expression, religion, and all the rights enshrined in Section 2 of The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. I believe children should be protected and parents respected. I believe in standing up for the most vulnerable among us. I believe in building with the future in mind -- which means balancing the books and caring for the environment with policies that deliver.
I believe in service and loving your neighbour as yourself.
I believe our best days are still ahead.
It would be my honour to serve our riding and province.
